Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase but if you don’t, you can return it to us for up to 28 days after delivery. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error. All return items must have original tags and packaging. We stand by our products. If your order arrives damaged or defective or you’d like to order replacement parts, we can help right away. Please call us as soon as possible using the number below.

Returning your product if it’s unwanted:
You can request a refund by logging into: ‘My Account’ and scrolling down to ‘My Refund Requests‘. Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 28 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.

Returning Christmas presents:
You can return any unwanted or unsuitable Christmas gift (purchased after 1 November – 24 December) up until 28 January.
You can request a refund by logging into: ‘My Account’ and scrolling down to ‘My Refund Requests‘. Please return your item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within 28 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.

Returning your product because it has a fault:
Faulty or damaged goods can be exchanged or refunded within 28 days of purchase by logging into: ‘My Account’ and scrolling down to ‘My Refund Requests‘. It would be most helpful if you could upload an image of the damaged item.

All other terms and conditions apply to exchanges and refunds. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
